This delivery option is applicable for all orders in the (Mainland) UK shipped via Royal Mail.
Orders received by 1:00pm GMT are normally dispatched on the same business day (subject to stock availability). Orders after 1:00pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will ship on Monday.
Next Working Day Delivery Option
We provide an express delivery service via DPD for your convenience. This is a NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service. For same day despatch please make sure that your order is placed your before 1pm. Any orders placed after this time will be despatched the following day.
Please note THIS IS A WEEK DAY SERVICE ONLY.
It should be appreciated that very, very occasionally DPD are unable to deliver on a 24 hour basis. This can be due to conditions out of their control such as weather or road closures because of accidents. We don't take responsibility for these delays and refund for payment of this service should not be asssumed.
TRACKED 24
This is despatched via Royal Mail and should be placed before 2pm.
General Information
Occasionally, there may be delays within Royal Mail postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
If you do not receive your goods within 15 working days you should contact us. A large amount of delayed parcels are often waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check there first.
When your order is being processed for despatched you will receive an email from us. This is to keep you informed.
Both Royal Mail or DPD attempting delivery will usually leave a calling card if there is no one available to receive the goods. This card should be taken to the appropriate service depot within 7 days or your order will be returned to us. We will resend at your cost.
We take responsibility for all postal losses and will resend or refund after a period of 14 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
